Who This Course Is For
Open to anyone interested in learning life-saving skills, with no prior experience required. Participants must meet the minimum age requirement of 12 years (may vary slightly by standards).
Duration & Logistics
The course is typically completed within 1 day or split over multiple sessions depending on scheduling. It includes theory sessions, hands-on practical training, and scenario-based learning.
